Can you read and price a full specification?
Yes, systematically. We read the specification in its entirety before pricing — including particular technical requirements and quality standards. Our quotation is detailed by item with assumptions clearly stated.
How does your subcontract work?
Compliant with the law of 31/12/1975 on subcontracting. The contract includes: client approval if required, bank bond or direct payment delegation, reciprocal penalty clause, price revision conditions.
What happens if an issue impacts the schedule?
You are alerted promptly as soon as the issue is detected — not at the weekly site meeting. We distinguish issues attributable to our package from delays caused by other trades. Everything is recorded in writing.
Do you work across the Greater Region without complications?
Yes. Luxembourg, France, Belgium and Germany. Intra-community VAT. For works in France, we manage posting declarations, URSSAF obligations and collective agreement compliance.
How do you handle variations?
Every variation is subject to a prior written variation quotation, approved before execution. Variation prices are based on the unit prices of the original contract or by detailed breakdown if outside the schedule.
Can you work as a joint venturer on public contracts?
Yes, as joint venturer or declared subcontractor. We understand the requirements of Luxembourg and French public contracts (DC4, CCAG works approval, quality assurance plan). All our attestations are compatible.
