From Douglas wood cladding on a private home in Strassen to the Trespa HPL envelope of an office building in Kirchberg — our team handles the entire process: technical study, procurement, installation and finishing.
Based in Crauthem (L-3327), QUASART operates throughout Luxembourg, in Moselle (Metz, Thionville), Meurthe-et-Moselle (Nancy) and Belgium (Arlon, Province of Luxembourg). Each system has its strengths: thermal performance, fire resistance, durability, aesthetics. Everything about facades
The choice depends on your budget, the desired aesthetics and the technical constraints of the building. Wood cladding (Douglas fir, larch) offers a natural look, fibre cement (Equitone, Cedral) provides maintenance-free durability, and zinc or copper adds a premium character. QUASART guides you in choosing the system best suited to your project.
Prices vary by system: from €120 to €250/m² for fibre cement, €150 to €300/m² for wood, €200 to €400/m² for zinc or natural stone. These prices include the subframe, insulation and installation. QUASART provides a precise estimate after studying your project.
Yes. QUASART operates throughout Luxembourg, in France (Moselle, Meurthe-et-Moselle — Metz, Thionville, Nancy), in Belgium (Arlon, Province of Luxembourg) and occasionally in the German border area (Trier).
A properly installed ventilated facade lasts 30 to 50 years depending on the material. Zinc and terracotta regularly exceed 50 years. Heat-treated wood offers 25 to 40 years without major maintenance. The aluminium subframe does not corrode.
Yes. The ventilated air gap between the insulation and the cladding eliminates thermal bridges and regulates moisture. Combined with ETICS (external thermal insulation), a ventilated facade can achieve passive-level performance (U < 0.15 W/m²·K).
