Details
Cladding Installer
Responsibilities
- Install metal, fibre cement, timber and HPL cladding on ventilated facades
- Read cladding layout plans and elevations
- Cut, adjust and fix panels on site
- Assemble aluminium sub-structure (brackets, profiles)
- Comply with safety rules and wear PPE
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience in cladding or rainscreen installation
- Proficiency with power tools (drill, impact driver, circular saw)
- Comfortable working at height on scaffolding
- Driving licence preferred
- Rigour, autonomy and attention to detail

EWI Facade Specialist

EWI Facade Specialist
Responsibilities
- Install external wall insulation systems (ETICS thin and hydraulic render)
- Apply finish renders (float, scraped, textured)
- Fix reinforcement mesh and edge profiles
- Treat critical points (window reveals, corners, plinths)
- Coordinate with joinery and waterproofing trades
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in EWI / facade rendering
- Knowledge of Sto, Weber or equivalent systems
- Comfortable working at height (scaffolding, MEWP)
- Driving licence preferred
- Reliable, punctual and team-oriented

Cladding Team Leader
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 2-4 cladding installers on site
- Organise daily work and task allocation
- Quality control of installations and plan compliance
- Liaise with project manager and management
- Manage material supply and deliveries on site
Required profile
- 5+ years cladding experience including 2 years in a supervisory role
- Natural leadership and team motivation skills
- Advanced plan reading and DTU knowledge
- Driving licence essential
- Autonomous, rigorous and responsible

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent projects (cladding, EWI, renovation)
- Technical preparation: execution plans, layouts, procurement
- Coordinate with architects, clients and other trades
- Manage schedules, budgets and material supply
- Final inspections and snagging management
Required profile
- HND/BSc Construction or equivalent + 5 years site experience
- Experience in ventilated facades and/or EWI essential
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent
- Driving licence essential — travel Luxembourg + cross-border
- Fluent French, Luxembourgish or German a plus

Responsibilities
- Install drylining systems (Knauf, Placo, Siniat)
- Suspended ceilings (metal framework + boards)
- Skim coating, jointing, quality finishes
- Interior insulation (rock wool, glass wool)
- Lining and casing work
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years drylining or plastering experience
- Knowledge of Knauf, Placo or Siniat systems
- Ability to achieve Q3/Q4 finish quality
- Driving licence preferred
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail

Estimator / Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities
- Study and price tenders (cladding, EWI, interior finishing)
- Prepare quantities and take-offs from architect drawings
- Source suppliers and negotiate pricing
- Draft technical submissions
- Follow up commercial opportunities through to contract
Required profile
- Construction qualification + 3 years in estimating or contracting
- Proficiency in estimating software (Attic+, DeviSOC or equivalent)
- Knowledge of ventilated facade and EWI systems
- Fluent French, English or German a plus
- Rigorous, analytical with commercial awareness

Team briefing & logistics
Quick briefing with installers, equipment and PPE check, vehicle loading.

Arrival & setup
Zone marking, plan review with the team, coordination with other trades.

Installation & quality control
Direct supervision of installation. Checking alignments, layouts, waterproofing.
12:00
Lunch break
A real break. We eat together. 45 minutes minimum, always.
13:00
Coordination & reporting
Briefing with the project manager, schedule adjustments, material orders.
16:30
End of day
Tidying up, securing the site, brief report. We leave on time.
