Aurélien oversees the entire production division at QUASART. From tender submission to project handover, he manages the project managers and ensures every project is followed with the same rigour — whether he is on site or not.
With extensive technical experience in ventilated facades, ETICS insulation systems and interior finishing, he combines field knowledge with management skills to guarantee execution quality, deadline compliance and client satisfaction at every stage.

Stève is the commercial and strategic driving force behind QUASART. He develops partnerships, structures internal processes and ensures every client benefits from an available and competent contact from first call to delivery.
Passionate about new technologies in construction — 3D visualisation, digital modelling, automation — he leads the implementation of tools and processes that set QUASART apart in a transforming industry.

Marèva leads human resources and the legal division at QUASART. She safeguards working conditions, regulatory compliance and team well-being — from site operatives to management.
She manages recruitment, onboarding programmes and training. She ensures QUASART complies with Luxembourg employment law and contractual obligations on every project.
Establishment of QUASART Sàrl in Luxembourg. Three partners, one shared vision, headquarters in Crauthem.
Launch of the first renovation operations in Luxembourg. Building the site teams.
Expansion into France (Moselle) and Belgium (Arlon). Structuring cross-border processes.
Deployment of the Facades division, recruitment, and HR & legal structuring led by Marèva.
