Is QUASART qualified for Luxembourg public contracts?
Yes — Luxembourg commercial register B253631, AXA ten-year insurance, up-to-date tax and social attestations, references from completed public contracts (schools, nurseries, administrative buildings). Structured technical submission with dedicated organisational chart.
Which materials are compliant with fire ratings for public buildings?
Public buildings require A1 or A2-s1,d0 rated materials: fibre cement (EQUITONE, Eternit), terracotta (Terreal, NBK), natural stone, StoVentec, Rockwool rock wool. Timber and HPL are generally not compliant for public buildings.
Can work be carried out during school holidays only?
Yes — QUASART can concentrate noisy works during holidays and quiet works during school terms. The schedule is agreed with you before starting.
Is the PPSPS provided before starting?
Yes — systematically submitted to the SPS coordinator before the start of works. Specific to the site and incorporating risks identified during the preliminary visit.
Does QUASART provide the DIUO at the end of works?
Yes — DIUO contribution delivered with the as-built dossier at handover. As-built drawings, material maintenance data sheets, maintenance conditions, precautions for future interventions.
Are delay penalties accepted?
Yes — standard public contract conditions. Our schedule is sized with a safety margin to absorb common contingencies.
