How much does a facade renovation cost in Luxembourg?
The cost depends on the surface area, the system chosen and the condition of the substrate. For a standard detached house, expect between €80 and €180/m² installed depending on the cladding. We provide a precise quotation after a free site visit, with no obligation.
Does the Klimabonus cover insulation works?
Financial grants exist in Luxembourg for insulation works. The myenergy programme (Klimabonus) may cover part of your investment if the insulation is ACERMI-certified and achieves the required R-values. Visit myenergy.lu to check your eligibility and prepare your application.
How long do the works take?
Cladding on a detached house takes 2 to 4 weeks depending on the area. A full interior renovation, 4 to 10 weeks. We confirm a precise schedule in the quotation — and we stick to it.
Do I need to vacate my home during the works?
For the vast majority of facade and external insulation projects: no. For major interior renovations, we discuss occupancy constraints together and adjust the schedule accordingly.
Do you offer visuals before starting?
Yes. Our 3D Visuals team produces photorealistic facade renders from your current photos. It is a validation tool before signing the quotation — you know exactly what your home will look like.
Do you work in France and Belgium?
Yes. QUASART operates in Luxembourg (primary), in Moselle (Metz, Thionville, Nancy), in Belgium (Arlon) and occasionally in Saarland (Trier). Quotations are prepared in accordance with the applicable local regulations.
