Klimabonus: substantial grants for insulation
The Klimabonus programme is the Luxembourg subsidy scheme for residential energy renovation. Managed by myenergy (the national energy agency), it covers insulation works in lofts, walls, and ground floors, as well as window replacement for primary residences.

Are insulation works in a co-ownership eligible?
Specific grants exist for co-ownerships in Luxembourg. The conditions differ from single-family homes — notably regarding the general assembly vote and the distribution of grants between co-owners. Consult myenergy.lu for the applicable terms.
Can Klimabonus be combined with other grants?
Combinability depends on the schemes in force at the time the application is submitted. Some Luxembourg municipalities offer additional grants for EWI. Consult your municipality and myenergy.lu to identify all combinable grants.
