The service is open to everyone — private clients, architects, developers — whether or not the work is carried out by QUASART. For clients who entrust the work to us, the Immersioo fee is fully deducted from the invoice.

Projected enhancement
Before/after in 3D — overlay of the renovated facade on photos of the existing building. Ideal for developers visualising a property's potential, or co-ownerships presenting a renovation project at a general meeting.
Immersive virtual tour
3D scan of the existing building and creation of a navigable 360° virtual tour. Ideal for properties for sale, residences under construction or large-scale renovations. Accessible via a simple web link — no app to install.
The QUASART advantage
EUR 490 deducted from your invoice
The Immersioo service costs EUR 490 excl. VAT — fully deducted from your invoice if you entrust the work to QUASART. This covers the site survey, 3D modelling and final high-definition render.
If you entrust the facade work to QUASART, the EUR 490 is fully deducted from your works invoice. Your 3D visualisation becomes free — and you made your decision with full knowledge.
If you do not sign for the works, you keep your 3D renders — it is a standalone service, invoiced and delivered. Either way, you benefit.
Questions about Immersioo
Is Immersioo reserved for QUASART clients?
No — the service is open to everyone. Private clients, architects, developers, property managers. The EUR 490 deduction is an exclusive benefit for those who entrust the work to QUASART.
How long to receive a 3D render?
After the site survey, allow a few working days for a photorealistic render and longer for a complete virtual tour. Timescales vary depending on building complexity.
Is the site survey included in the EUR 490?
Yes. The EUR 490 excl. VAT includes the visit, survey (photos, measurements, scan if needed), modelling and one final HD render. If you entrust the work to QUASART, the EUR 490 is fully deducted from your invoice. Additional renders (material variants) are charged separately.
Are QUASART and Immersioo the same company?
Yes. Immersioo is a brand of QUASART S.à r.l. (RCS B253631). Same company, same address, same team — the visualisation studio is integrated into our design office.
